I took my first trip to VT to attend a week long class in Rutland. After a lot of research for accommodations I made a reservation at the Mountain Meadow Lodge in Killington - 30 mins from my class. A friend joined me for the adventure and we stayed in a double twin room. The lodge is a charming, cozy 25 room place with amazing views. They have some nice touches like a community closet on the floor with extras like make up wipes, toothbrushes and extra towels. They have also really put a lot of thought into things for skiers. We had to ask for the help of the staff a couple of times - once for locking ourselves out of our room early one morning after going downstairs for coffee. Every staff member (including the GM) we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I plan to come back another time and bring my husband and son to ski.Posted on Jacachni BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We came to the lodge for our anniversary trip. We had the best time there and really loved the staff and hospitality you all gave to us. Will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for it all.Posted on Elena BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cozy hotel, with amazing views, a dock on the pond where you can have a coffee, a nice lounge with a fireplace and traquile vibe - all we needed for a getaway, adding supportive staff and tasty breakfast. 10 out of 10! Thank you!Posted on Caryn MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The location and grounds were beautiful! Kent's lounge had nice, comfy furniture for hanging out with friends. Outside had firepits (ingredients for s'mores), lawn games and canoes to use on the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful!! We will be back! Oh and dog friendly!Posted on Christopher MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Close proximity to activities for everyone and price is why we chose this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with everything. However, you may not even want to leave the property as it is so comfortable, cozy and well equipped. Rustic Vermont style that incorporated luxury. This was our first experience and it’s safe to say we’ve found our home away from home. The outdoor fire lounge with access to the bar & s’mores kits is a nice touch during the “stick season”Posted on C RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
