Estimated number of people:

If you're inquiring about a summer wedding, our events for groups over 75 are generally under an elegant tent on the lawn. Is that something you have in mind?

If you're requesting a quote for a weekend event, we'll use the BBQ meal price from the catering page for the Friday evening meal. Use this space to tell us how many people you expect, what kind of bar plan for Friday night you envision, and anything else that is appropriate (campfire with s'mores?).

For the wedding reception meal the quote will include a meal price for a meal on the catering pages. Use this space to tell us things about the wedding reception meal that you have in mind.

What kind of wedding cake do you have in mind?

What kind of bar plan do you have in mind?

Speaking of the bar... Would you like the traditional champagne toast included in your estimate? At Mountain Meadows it's customary (in Spring, Summer and Fall) to do the toast during a group photo - all your guests on the lawn (with the lake and mountains in the background) raising their glasses. [Non-alcoholic for kids.]

If you're inquiring about a weekend event, the usual practice is that you would expect your guests to pay for their own lodging. Is that what you have in mind?
