Events Pricing

Event Pricing - 2008

Below are some overall price guidelines. We want you to stay within your budget, so we offer a wide variety of options. Let us know your specific desires and we’ll work closely with you to customize your event. We can do an estimate for you in a matter of minutes, so please feel free to stop by, call or email.

Site Rental or Room Rental

Cost will vary depending on the number of people, the season, the duration and whether you want the property for your group's exclusive use. Often the site fee or room rental fee is included in the cost of your package, your lodging, or your meals.

Business Meetings

A typical full-day business meeting with breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, and lunch is $30-$35 per person (and includes taxes and gratuities on meals).

Group Rates - with lodging and meals

Below are some typical examples of rates for groups. [Cost can vary depending on the meals chosen, duration of stay, and other factors, of course.] A typical group package consists of:

Two night's lodging
Two breakfasts
One lunch
Two dinners
Full use of all Mountain Meadows Lodge amenities throughout the event
Complimentary refreshments throughout the event

Weekdays: $134 per person (plus tax)
Weekends: $165 per person (plus tax)
Summer weekend with whole property rental: $200 per person - 30 people minimum (plus tax)
Most other times with whole property rental: $168 per person - 30 people minimum (plus tax)

Meals $15-$65 per person

Cost will vary depending on the number of people and the theme chosen. A typical company picnic ~$20 per person.

Bar Service

Bar charges on based on consumption. We will work with you to determine the type of bar arrangement you would like to offer for your guests’ responsible enjoyment. You can do a "CASH BAR" where your guests pay, an "OPEN BAR" where you pay, a combination of the two, or a set budgeted amount. In most instances, the following pricelist will be used. (Alcoholic beverages are taxed at 10% in Vermont.) If you plan on an "open bar" the average cost per person at Mountain Meadows has been $24 per person for a Friday night event and $30 per person for a Saturday event.

Liquor: $6.00 and up; cordials and brandies – various prices
Wine: $6.50 - $8.00 per glass of wine (depends on the wine chosen)
Beer $3.50, $4.00
Soft drinks, lemonade, ice-teas, smoothies – $1.50 and up
