Meals at the Lodge

• Breakfast - 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM in the dining room. Included in your room rate.



• Lunch - Can be arranged with kitchen staff "on demand".



• Bar - We have full bar offerings throughout the day and evenings. Find a staff-member to ‘open the bar’ for you. Make sure you try Long Trail beer before you leave – it’s brewed right down the street.



• Dinner - Dinner is available in the Mountain Meadows Lodge dining room most evenings but especially during holidays and high-tourist season. Generally, meals will be served buffet style or family at 6:30. We ask that quests make reservations with MML staff on the evening before they anticipate dining. Family-friendly menu selections and prices will be posted at the front desk.

  Sample meals are as follows with more information on the catering pages:

  • Penne chicken parmigiana with salad and garlic bread
  • Beef bourguignon with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable
  • Slow-cook pineapple pork tenderloin, apple sauce, potato au gratin, and vegetable
  • Pizza with salad
  • Chicken piccata with rice and vegetables
  • Chicken marsala with candied yams and apple stilton
  • Yankee beef stew with home-made breads
